Behaviour Settings

You can now control how your chat widget behaves from the Behaviour section inside Advanced Settings.

To access it:

1.

Click on the Agent

2.

Open the Dashboard

3.

Go to Advanced Settings

4.

Click Behaviour

This section lets you control how the widget appears and works on your website.

Available Behaviour Options

Show on Mobile Devices
It will display the widget on phones and tablets.

Open Widget on Page Load
It will automatically open the widget when a visitor lands on the page.

Show Microphone Option
It will allow visitors to use voice input while typing messages.

Enable Suggested Questions
It will show suggested questions inside the chat to help users start faster.

Enable Sources
It will display the content sources used in AI responses.

How to Update Behaviour Settings

1.

Click on the Agent

2.

Open the Dashboard

3.

Go to Advanced Settings

4.

Click Behaviour

5.

Turn the required settings on or off

6.

Click Save changes

Done

Your widget behaviour settings will be updated based on the options you selected.
