Delete Agent

Deleting an agent permanently removes it from your account.

Delete an agent#

1.
Open AI Agents
2.
Find the agent you want to delete
3.
Click the three dots (⋮) on the agent card
4.
Click Delete
5.
Confirm deletion if prompted

What gets removed#

When you delete an agent, you lose:
The agent configuration (Appearance, AI Settings)
Linked sources (Webpages and Files linked to that agent)
Embed installation (the widget will stop working)
This action cannot be undone.

Safer alternative#

If you are unsure, consider creating a new agent and keeping the old one temporarily until the new agent is verified.
