Partner Management helps you run your AI Agent portal for customers. You can:Configure your Partner Portal (domains, URLs, support links)
Set up Email SMTP (system emails sent from your portal)
Create Licenses (customer login credentials)
Manage access, so customers can log in and use AI Agents
Recommended setup order#
Follow this flow to avoid customer onboarding issues:
This is the base setup for your portal identity and the links your customers will see inside the portal.Path: Partner Management → Settings → Partner PortalPartner Name

Default Theme Mode
Sets the default theme of the portal (example: Dark).
Documentation URL
Where customers can read your help docs (onboarding, guides).
Support URL
Where customers go for help (support page or ticket system).
Privacy Policy URL
Your privacy policy page.
Custom Domain
Your portal domain (example: app.yourdomain.com).
API URL
Backend API endpoint connected to your portal.
Marketing Home URL
Your main website URL.
Terms URL
Your terms and conditions page.
Support Email
Email shown to customers for support communication.
SSL Status
Shows whether SSL is configured for your custom domain.

Correct setup reduces confusion and support calls during onboarding.
Step 2: Setup Email SMTP#
Email SMTP is required so the portal can send system emails such as password-related emails and notifications.Path: Partner Management → Settings → Email SMTPFields generally include:Make sure your From Email (and usually the domain) is verified in your email provider.
If SMTP is not configured correctly, customers may not receive important emails, which can block onboarding.
Step 3: Create License#
A License is a customer account you create.
Once created, you share the login credentials so the customer can access the portal and use AI Agents.Path: Partner Management → LicensesWhat a License contains#
Customer name and organization
Customer email (used as login ID)
Password (created by you)
Data host region (where their data will be stored)
Status (Active or Inactive)

Follow password rules shown in the UI:At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
At least 1 special character
A success message appears
The customer appears in the Licenses list

Step 4: Manage Access#
Manage access means controlling whether customers can log in and use AI Agents, and helping them if they forget credentials.Path: Partner Management → Licenses → Action (⋮)Edit License (profile and status)#

Active: customer can log in and use AI Agents
Inactive: customer access is blocked (useful for paused or expired accounts)
Update Password#
