How to Configure AI Lead Form

You can use AI Lead Form to help your agent collect lead details based on your business type and selected use cases.

Step 1: Open the Agent Leads Section

Select the agent you want to configure

Click on Leads from the left menu

From here, you can manage lead settings and captured leads.

Step 2: Enable AI Lead Form

At the top of the Lead Settings section, turn on AI lead form.

Once enabled, visitors can be prompted to submit their lead details through the conversation.

Step 3: Select Your Business Type

After enabling AI Lead Form, choose the business category that best matches your business.

Examples may include:

Restaurant / Chain

Hotel / Hospitality

E-commerce

SaaS / Tech

Healthcare

Real Estate

Education

Agency

Health & Wellness

Other

Based on the business type you select, the available lead collection options shown below will update accordingly.

Step 4: Select the Use Case

Next, choose one or more use cases based on what you want your agent to help visitors with.

For example, depending on your business type, you may see use cases like:

Book a Table

Order Takeaway / Delivery

Book Private Dining / Event

Catering Enquiry

Franchise Enquiry

Join Loyalty / Rewards Programme

Whatever you select here will control the lead fields and flow shown below.

Step 5: Review and Customize the Information Your Agent Will Collect

After selecting the use case, you will see the Information your agent will collect section.

This section shows the fields the agent will collect from visitors during the conversation.

These may include:

Phone Number

Email Address

Full Name

Preferred Date

Preferred Time

Number of Guests

Special Requests

You can customize these fields according to your requirement.

At least one contact field should be selected so the lead can be captured properly.

Step 6: Configure Custom Options if Needed

For some use cases, you may also see additional configurable fields such as service-related options.

You can:

Use suggested options

Remove unwanted options

Add your own custom option

This helps you tailor the lead form to your business needs.

Step 7: Save Your Lead Settings

After selecting the business type, use case, and required lead fields, click on Save settings.

Your agent will then use these settings while capturing leads from visitors.

Step 8: Edit Lead Capture System Prompt

You can also update the Lead capture system prompt.

This prompt controls how the agent understands and captures lead information during the conversation.

To customize it:

Go to the Lead capture system prompt section

Click on Edit prompt

Update the prompt according to your requirement

Save the changes

This is useful when you want more control over how lead details are collected.

Your agent will collect lead information based on the business type, selected use cases, and the fields you configured.
