This section controls the visible text inside your widget, including the greeting, chat UI labels, and menu item names.What you can customize#
Title
The main heading shown at the top of the widget (example: “Hello there 👋”).
Subtitle
A short supporting line below the title (example: “How can I help you today?”).
Chat Interface#
Chat tab label
The label for the main chat tab (example: “Chat”).
Input placeholder
Placeholder text inside the message input box (example: “Type message here..”).
These labels appear in the widget menu:Download transcript
Controls the text for downloading the conversation transcript.
End session
Controls the text for ending the current chat session.
Recommended setup#
Keep titles short (2 to 5 words) so they fit on mobile.
Use friendly but clear labels (avoid long sentences).
If you support multiple languages, keep terminology consistent across all pages.

Troubleshooting#
Changes not showing#
Make sure you clicked Save changes
Refresh the page where you are previewing the widget
Text looks cut off#
Shorten the title or subtitle
Avoid very long words and excessive emojis
Some menu items only appear when the widget menu is opened
