Steps#

Open Advanced Settings → Quick Questions
2.
In the question list, type your first question (example: “What are your pricing plans?”)
3.
Click Add Question to add more (up to 10)
4.
Use the delete icon to remove a question
Recommended setup#
Keep each question short (6 to 10 words)
Use questions that your knowledge sources can answer

If you have 10 already, remove one before adding more
