This section controls the widget’s brand styling and attribution settings.

Theme Color

What it does

Theme color sets the primary color used in the widget UI (for example highlights, accents, and interactive elements).

Options available

Pick from the preset color dots

Or enter a custom hex color in the input (example: #0f172a)

Powered by badge

Show "Powered by" badge

Toggle ON to display attribution inside the widget

Toggle OFF to hide it

Brand name

When the badge is enabled, Brand name defines what appears in the attribution label.

Steps

Open Advanced Settings → Branding & Tracking

Choose a theme color (preset or hex)

Toggle Show "Powered by" badge ON or OFF

If ON, set the Brand name

Click Save changes

Verify

Open the widget preview

Confirm:

The new theme color is applied

The badge shows or hides based on your toggle

The brand name appears correctly when badge is enabled

Troubleshooting

Theme color not updating

Click Save changes

Refresh the preview page

Badge still visible after disabling

Confirm you saved changes

Refresh the page where the widget is loaded

Check you are editing the correct AI Agent (if you have multiple)
